Subscriptions
Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. iOS subscriptions are managed in Apple Subscriptions, and Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play. Use Restore purchases on the Plans screen after reinstalling or changing devices.
Account and data
Signed-in learners can export their data, sign out, or permanently delete their account from the Account panel. For an account deletion request outside the app, email support from the address used for the account. We may ask for limited verification before deleting an account.
Delete an account
Open Kotoba Bloom, sign in, open the Account panel, choose Delete account, enter DELETE, and confirm. This removes the active account and associated learning records. Cancel any Apple, Google Play, or Stripe subscription separately before deletion.
AI and speaking practice
AI tutoring and speech-match feedback are learning aids and can make mistakes. Speaking practice requests microphone permission only after you press Record.
Response target
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Payment refunds are handled under the rules of the store or payment provider used for purchase.
